Overall I like it a lot more than my metal bread pans. The size is just right for the sandwich bread I usually make (square rather than rectangular).

I wanted a ceramic loaf pan to avoid all the toxic chemicals associated with nonstick cookware. This one is beautiful and affordable. I have already baked several excellent sweet rolls in it and I am very satisfied with the result.

I wanted to buy a bread mold to bake pumpkin bread. I came across this product by accident and decided to buy it because of the good reviews. It didn't disappoint! I particularly like the yellow color and the surrounding border. The pan baked perfectly. The bread also just slid out of the pan after it cooled (it was covered in butter beforehand, which I think helped). Very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for an uncoated loaf pan and found there wasn't much to choose from. I made the choice and am glad I did. Looks good, bread bakes well. I grease the pan before putting the bread in and the bread comes off easily without leaving much residue. I found it easy to clean. My only complaint is that it's a bit smaller than my standard stainless steel pan, but not enough to make a huge difference. The recipe may need to be adjusted for size.
