Cheap, chunky and doesn't work well
I have no idea how it got so many good reviews. It heats up unevenly, the curls are ugly and don't hold up well. It all looks cheap and clumsy! The straightening brush needs 4 or 5 passes through the hair to keep it looking good. Buy something else!
