Pros: Lightweight (because everything is hard plastic except the handle). Compact (not as compact as other brands). Inexpensive. Disadvantages: practically does not slow down the liquid. Resistance is like friction. The handle is not adjustable up and down. It doesn't feel as strong compared to metal and will likely break if dropped a few feet. Recommendation: If you're looking for an inexpensive, compact, lightweight plastic tripod head that will easily hold your inexpensive camera in one position for shooting, get one. Just don't give up. If you can sacrifice a little weight (about 40 grams), shell out another $70 or so, and want smooth drag-and-drop pan and tilt for videos, this isn't for you.
