Because half sizes are sold out I got them in a size 8 although I wear an 8.5. They fit me perfectly as they stretch well and the sole is quite long. I'm glad I went down a size rather than up as I think a size 9 would be too loose and too long. I love these shoes. I have these and another pair of Acorn sandals and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. Before Payless Shoes died out, I had a favorite sandal that I would just walk into and buy the same stuff every year. I've been looking for sandals that I love as much as these for years and I'm glad I finally found a brand of sandals that I really love. Until they are discontinued I will buy them once a year or every two years (or depending on how long they last me). They are comfortable and I can wear them all day. The soles are structured and comfortable on the foot. The fabric is elastic and does not irritate the skin. I love them and I'm VERY picky about my sandals. I love that there isn't a piece of fabric or plastic between the toes and I love how well the shoe stays on the foot. 5 Stars.
