I had to clean tile floors where I usually have carpet strips and it's difficult to move around and clean. I found this dual head electric mop and decided to give it a try. First, this is a solid device right out of the box. When snapped open the mop handle snaps into place cleanly and firmly and this is a very high quality handle. There is a small lever on the handle that lengthens the handle, incrementally, as it locks at each point and locks perfectly and without error. The motor part has power and turns heads perfectly when cleaning. The front mist opening sprays a good spray area from the front and bottom, creating a good film of solution when cleaning and polishing. The mop comes with two different types of attachments, one for cleaning and one for polishing. Both work great and even when using polish it still has a nice mist making it very easy to clean for the next use. It's so hard to show it in pictures so I decided to show the video as well. Now the battery in the base can be charged both in and out of an outlet, with the battery button pushing the battery out perfectly every time and putting it back in just as easily. The battery charges quickly too, and I've done an entire house on one charge with the remaining battery. There are no cons, this is a reliable device that I am very happy with the purchase.
