The best feature is that it's very easy to use for even novices who don't have any coding experience! I can easily add custom CSS classes or attributes by simply dragging them into my design area from an external source like Photoshop CC (or other image manipulation software). Also there are some really nice templates which make adding in your own text/images without having HTML knowledge fairly simple as well!! For example when you upload photos through our platform they automatically get added onto this page so we never had issues uploading multiple files at once using drag & drop functionality because everything was already pre-populated inside their template file. It also allows me access via FTP but not sure how reliable its security options would be if someone were trying bad things? You should definitely consider giving these guys feedback regarding anything concerning product development since all questions asked will always receive prompt responses within minutes unlike others where days go past before anyone responds back :(.
