The quality has gone down.
I only have to give two stars here. Spira is a comfortable work shoe, but its quality has declined. This pair has seen a drop in durability in just a few months as they squeak when stepped on and the internal springs weaken causing an annoying clicking noise. Suffice it to say that after 4 pairs I will not buy again.
