Very dissatisfied with bags and purses
When I first received it, I really liked it! Then I noticed that one of the latches kept opening, I wrote to the company with no reply. After 3 weeks of use the other latch kept coming undone (I didn't have much in it) then the chain strap broke. I wrote to the company again. , No Answer. I wrapped the bag in bubble wrap to send it back. I became very ill and have been struggling with health problems ever since. The wallet never received a response. It's been quite a long time, but I wanted to share my dissatisfaction. I will no longer order from this company.
