The lip doesn't stay tight
At first I thought the tea caddy was exactly what I wanted. Turquoise is perfect. The canister is beautiful. Unfortunately, once I started using it, I found that the lid wouldn't stay down after a short period of using it to store tea. The tea stays fresh only when the lid is tightly closed. I am disappointed and am now looking for another use for this jar where capping is not as important - perhaps as a vase?
