I took the massager out of the box and used it without reading any instructions. It's pretty intuitive, except I have to read the instructions to figure out how to get the Heat to work. It feels good on your neck and upper shoulders, and hitting the back button gives you a completely different feel. This is a nice feature. The wrist straps are enough for me. I'm 5'5 and medium build and they are quite long. The belt is a good thing, although I'm not sure I'll be using it. Could this be an advantage for the person sitting in the office chair? And the tote bag is great. I bought another one for my parents and I hope they like it too.
