I bought this hair for my mother who is also a licensed cosmetologist so is very knowledgeable about natural, processed and commercial hair. The curl/wave of the hair didn't even last a day. She did a few things to get her hair back into the curls/waves it was when she got it and it didn't, it just stayed straight. I ordered this hair for the first time and I am very disappointed that it did not work out. I asked my mum if she would like to return it and she said no but that she would try to find something else to use it for later. I understand that sometimes you can get a bad section of hair and I hope that was the case with this purchase.
