Overall I like this brush because my 4 year old daughter likes to brush her teeth. It's not a miracle cure, so your child still needs to brush their teeth with it! I don't like that it doesn't stand the way it should. You will need to reattach the suction cup at the bottom because it will stand on its own but only for a few seconds. My guess is that where the top is much wider than the bottom it tips over. Would I buy it again? Probably no. It's just to get her interested in brushing her teeth a little.
