My iPhone has a non-slip cover (back) - this makes it very difficult to put the phone in the case. Once inside the opaque case, you can't see the phone's face to make any changes. So you have to choose a program before you put it in the case. But once you've installed the program you'll have to put the phone in your sleeve without touching the face of the phone because if you touch the front you'll lose the program and have to start over. If you successfully tuck it up your sleeve and then try to put it on your arm, the wrestling match will start all over again and trying to avoid making face contact with your phone becomes an issue again. Putting the case on first and then trying to put the phone in the case is a complicated one-handed operation, so I don't use it as much as I'd like.
