I mainly use my iPad with Procreate for drawing, the screen protector really makes it feel like hard paper. However, I have to give customer service a 5 star rating. When I applied the protective film to the screen I didn't realize there was an instruction manual and kit in the box so I messed it up and dust got in between. However, the instruction card says the customer can contact them for a free replacement, which I did. To my surprise, they even sent me one for free! (Again, it's not their fault, it's my own.) I have to say that this is some of the best customer service I've experienced. I think they should be commended for really trying to go the extra mile for customers hence this review. (Please do not abuse the system.)
