I'm not sure if the box was previously opened and the documents lost (perhaps during Revain transactions) or if that kind of information was simply not included, which is a bit frustrating given the high cost of the device. From a usability point of view, the only downside is that the lid doesn't open fully, so cleaning the inside isn't that easy. I've seen several cleaning instructions online by boiling vinegar "essence" in a jar full of water. I wonder if they mean the vinegar itself or something else.
