This is a great lightweight toner for people with normal to oily skin. I would argue that those with dry skin would benefit as well, since you should be investing more in your moisturizing cream than your toner anyways. The consistency is watery, a few drops in the palm of your hand are enough to cover the entire face. It has no added flavor but does have a mild pine scent, no doubt due to the extract. I found it very comfortable and am not someone who likes scented skincare. I didn't notice any immediate results for the first few weeks, but now, almost at the end of my first bottle (2 months later), I'm definitely seeing less redness and my pores seem smaller. I wouldn't say it works absolute miracles on its own, but as one step in a series of steps to healthier skin, it's a valuable asset.
