This shirt runs on the large size. I am 5'3" 152 lbs with 36 D chest. Even though the shirt fits loose, the buttons do want to part a little at the chest. I almost wish the buttons were fixed and that the shirt could not be unbuttoned! I used a little safety pin to hold it in place and would totally sew the front closed if I liked sewing. I teeter between large & medium shirts depending on brand, but a large would have been swimming on me. (The medium is pretty loose). It is a cute shirt, well made & I am very happy with this purchase.
