Review on πŸš‚ Radio Flyer Steel All Terrain Wagon by Jim Cox

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best Van Ever, beats plastic models; GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My husband had a handcart as a child and so did I; We thought this would be the best gift and experience for any child! A lot of research was done before selecting this car and as many other reviews have stated the performance of this car is best in class. A few things that heavily influenced our decision: (1) we both had that traditional Radio Flyer style (but the body used to be wood, as opposed to its metal body today), (2) the removable wood side panels (however in On this version they are not removable; you either screw them on or you don't; we chose to just screw on the back for back support) (3) TIRES were a big factor! After reading many other reviews, we were able to conclude that the station wagon must be maneuverable on any terrain and in any weather conditions. These tires are huge but not stupid like in the photo. (4) Numerous reviews from other buyers far outstrip this station wagon compared to all other models. It might not be as practical as bulky plastic carts with built-in storage compartments and drink holders, but if you really want you can buy these accessories for this model. (5) This van easily fits in the trunk of an SUV or van or in our case a truck, no problem. The bottom line is the kids absolutely love this van and we are very happy with our purchase. . We look forward to using it outside when it gets warmer. CONS (READ): The first van we received was missing some parts. We wrote to the seller, who quickly sent us another truck in the mail. However, since this item was a Christmas present, we had to go to a hardware store to get a few pieces that would hold the van together until a replacement arrived. Unfortunately, this also meant that we had to disassemble the first car in order to pack and ship it. We recommend that you book all parts and tools before assembly (and good for you if this is already standard). One more note: the second van wasn't in perfect condition for parts. The wooden panels were scratched and the drill holes looked as if they had been drilled by an amateur. This problem was solved by taking good parts from the first car and bolting them to the replacement car. That said, it's a perfectionist problem, and perhaps by other standards, that little flaw in the form of scratches and the like doesn't matter that much. However, I highly recommend this caravan. Highly recommend this radio flyer!
