Review on 🔌 Hella 007794311 Weatherproof Relay Bracket by Chris Hunt

This rating is also published for matching wiring. Haven't installed it yet, but looks like I used the correct relay and wiring harness. I've been looking for a while (much longer than I should have for a dumb relay) and I definitely could have picked a cheaper version and I would have been fine. However, this relay is designed to power my bike's accessory box, so I wanted something reliable. I will initially only include heated grips, but I may add other items over time. This relay is solid. Much better than a regular automatic relay and it comes from a quality name. The suspension is equally impressive. 12 AWG for the carrier wires and looks like 16/18 for the rest. Pretty good length too, which seemed to be a common complaint about cheaper items. The relay and wiring harness are also weatherproof, which is optional but certainly nice. Very strong connections - I could have gone a lot cheaper and bought a medium relay and used spade terminals instead of wire harnesses instead of the $30 I spent on this setup - but I'm glad I went with a better relay.
