I like that there are many customization options for pages but don't get too caught up with them because you can always change things later if needed (it's not hard). It took me some time getting used to using this platform compared to other platforms and courses we have taken over at my previous job/company. The overall layout may be confusing unless someone helps explain how everything works together before starting lessons. For example, when I was first trying out our course material online through alurna vs teaching live classes via Zoom video conferencing, I had no idea where certain materials were located until after doing so once online - which made finding what I wanted very difficult! Also, sometimes they will send an email about something being updated etc without any notice beforehand and then people forget to check their emails again. This happens quite frequently while working remotely from home due to CO.
