Learning curve is higher than expected

I like that there are many customization options for pages but don't get too caught up with them because you can always change things later if needed (it's not hard). It took me some time getting used to using this platform compared to other platforms and courses we have taken over at my previous job/company. The overall layout may be confusing unless someone helps explain how everything works together before starting lessons. For example, when I was first trying out our course material online…

Pros
  • Can do more than 1 class per subject.
  • You receive weekly updates
  • No need buy books or resources required as well
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Alurna has made it easy to create and manage courses for our staff.

The ability to create and manage courses in one place, which makes it easy for our staff to find what they need when needed. We can also export content into other systems such as Salesforce, which is great for the end user who may not have access to an Alurna account. There are some things that I would like to see improved - maybe more integration with other platforms and better reporting. However, this is not something that we are currently looking at changing. I think the biggest benefit of…

Pros
  • Very flexible and easy to understand and use!
Cons
  • Not as open as I would like to see all data available, but that has not prevented us from being able to get work done

A solid system to use internally and externally

Very easy for multiple users with access via mobile devices even if outside office hours this eases offlne contact greatly which I love! It also makes updating your own course super simple - just upload new versions etc when you want rather than having go through loads more steps like some other systems would require (e-mailing courses at work). In terms that we can't do anything without approval from our manager but there are ways around so not really an issue here although others might have…

Pros
  • Ease to use
  • Multiple device compatibility including iOS, Android tablets as well iPad's.
  • Abilityto assign tasks easily across all employees in organisation
  • Reporting features very clear too
Cons
  • I will keep silent
