I was initially hesitant when purchasing this product which sounded too good to be true. While *there* is a slight learning curve to overcome in order to use this product successfully, it's still, dare I say it, an amazing device that WORKS. I am a nursing student and this requires a lot of reading and study. All I can say about this device is thank goodness it's so affordable! Because it REALLY works. I recommend it to all my classmates and always tell them THIS is NOT a gimmick. Unbelievable how it works, really. Happy with the new light too (I also had an old model that emits red light when backlit) but the new one is white. AT LAST. amazing customer service! From their social media posts to their email correspondence! I'm a 100% satisfied customer and I can't believe I wrote this really LONG review because to be honest I've never been very happy!
