Easy enough to install. saves a grip of cash compared to a whole servo.the center clip and washer can be somewhat tricky but it just takes time.

Very easy to install. Best purchase I’ve made for my model 3. Extremely happy with all of it.

Cons

The descriptions stated it was matte -but was a high gloss upon opening the package.
