My husband has a skinny, long, size 15 foot. Since most shoes are too wide and this is for water wear we got the size 14 which means it's a bit too short but ok in water since you're not weight-bearing. It's still a bit loose. So, wish there was a way to tighten across arch. It does stay on in the water, so is usable.
