So disappointed with picture vs reality.
It's a beautiful necklace and charm but not what I expected. I am a suicide survivor and bought an owl because owls are my favorite animal, never give up quote and color in picture (colors of suicide awareness). The first image matches the image in the ad. The second is the one I took. I am so disappointed. It was fine but not when I received it.

- It was supposed to be an urn necklace, but it turned out to be just a pendant.
