The switch and cable of this power supply are well designed and feel very solid. I also like that it's a toggle switch (although it's unlabeled) so I can see what position it's in (like it was before I plugged in my Pi). However, the power supply itself is very mediocre. It delivers enough power and the voltage is above the Raspberry Pi's minimum (4.7V), which is well above the government supply (mine hit 3.7A), but it lacks true under-voltage protection and won't get below that Minimum shut down. The VR tolerances are also sloppy and the voltage drops significantly with increasing current. This means that with light loads (5.4V in my case) the voltage is quite high and it is likely that a failed block can easily have a non-standard voltage and cause problems. In general, I prefer my project to have more power, even though everything is fine.
