The strap is good for loading3 and corresponds to the seller's description. As for the fit, my wrist is on the top of the small and on the bottom of the large so I went with the large to make sure it wasn't too tight so it was longer than I needed for my wrist . Like the Fitbit brand bracelets, they only come in large and small. Since that's 20% of the cost of a Fitbit branded band, I'm not going to complain, just saying that it's longer than a full-size Fitbit band. I wish both Fitbit and the group's replacement companies would consider creating an environment, hence 4 stars out of 5. I've only had it for 2 days so it's too early to judge durability. There's no mobile app associated with the bracelet (with Fitbit itself, of course), so I don't know why it's in this ranking for the bracelet I bought.
