I've tried so many protein powders, most of them are gritty, I mean really gritty or literally taste like licking dry grass (not that I've been doing that lately ;-) It took a while I needed a year to finally get my protein levels in range, the minimum number, but I finally did it by adding this powder to my morning smoothie and also drinking it in the afternoon for about six months. It's expensive so I can't keep doing it. I buy natural products, Stevia gives me a headache so I wish they were flavored without Stevia. I would love to see one with real sugar if they need to add sweetener. You really need a food ball or something to mix these powders up, a spoon just won't be able to mix them up enough. These are fine powders so if you don't use a blender they will become grainy. So for an organic option that tastes great, this is what you need. There is another one but they added stevia. I also add fruit and peanut butter for a great morning smoothie! It's fine on its own, but if you have a taste problem, add some fruit, you won't even realize it's there.
