SOFTWARE ERROR - DO NOT BUY

The robot is Roomba's most expensive robot and has the most bugs.1. Software updates on day one. This is a sign that they started production before all software bugs were fixed. Freezes more often than our 4 year old 980 series. It freezes almost every time it works. The last time he was wedged between the toilet and the wall. This has never happened with our 980.3 series. The rubber brushes fell apart (first 2 weeks) and couldn't find the cause (see attached picture). That never happened with the 980 series either. I think it could be a good robot but I think it was released before it was finished. Not sure why the quality has dropped, but the m6 (mop) released at the same time also has serious problems. What do you think?
