I am very pleased with the quality, fit and finish of the parts in this set. I've used it several times with both store bought and homemade templates. The inserts fit together perfectly with minimal preparation and no gaps between the insert and the workpiece. This was my first experience with a Whiteside product ----- in fact I had never heard of the company prior to this purchase. The photo shows a teapot stand and a stand with a chrysanthemum inlay for a Chinese tea room. I made my own patterns for different parts of the flower. While this is a bit amateurish, it shows what you can do with typing and minimal pasting skills. So today I was looking for some chisel pieces and found that Whiteside makes them too. Based on my experience with this set and the great reviews of the cutters, I chose Whiteside again. Switch to Freud. They have stiff competition here in the States.
