Budget option to make my skyline look stylish

To save time and money compared to finding real yellow fog lights I decided to give it a try. Having a Nissan Skyline (imported from Japan) is a difficult problem in terms of finding parts etc. For a few bucks I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The delivery is fast and - ATTENTION - there are no instructions. I had to find out for myself - although I'm sure a quick google/youtube can bring up results for those without ADD like me. Anyway, I basically cut out the size of the fog lamp and glued it from the center to the edges. Ouch! Mistake! I removed one side of the clear protective film without realizing that there is an adhesive side that also requires removing the clear protective film. Mind you, my only complaint is that it took me a few minutes to peel off the clear film! ARG! Okay, that being said, I estimated the size, removed the foil (both sides this time) and stuck it on, and voila - my once-clear halogen fog lights were, well, yellow - sort of. I had a lot of that yellow stuff and with the fog lights on I lifted another piece of yellow foil over the freshly applied foil and voila! NOW I cook with oil! REAL JDM LOOK! YUP! Finally, in my case, each fog lamp had to be fitted a second time to give it the "real" EURO/JDM look I was looking for for less than $8! SUCCESS! *NOTE* I'm not sure if this film can be double layered or not and I'm not sure how it will work in the long run.
