I ordered a small bed for my 19 lb Cockapoo shown in the attached picture. As you can see it is too big for a small bed. Upon closer inspection, the description states the same sizes for small and medium, so I've made a correction and hope they fix it. I made a return request and sent it back to Kohls, which couldn't be easier, just mail it back with a return label. I ordered a medium bed and it was delivered the next day! However, the seams were not sewn very well and there was a hole the size of a golf ball protruding from the filling. So we ordered a replacement and sent the second unit back to Kohls. This replacement also came the next day and was perfect. My dog loves this fluffy bed and it seems to retain the heat his little body is giving off. I'm giving it a 5 because the dog seems very happy and comfortable but based on the website description and the quality issues on a second device I can see how many people would give it a 3 or 4.
