This multicooker is NOT as cheap as many others. I work a lot at my job so I rely on my slow cooker when I'm cooking and coming home after a long day at work. My Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker broke after 2 years. My Black & Decker died about a month ago. So far the Crux works well on both high and slow settings. A cute multi cooker that is always on my desk. Its very easy to use programmable timer. I feel like Crux stands behind this product by offering a 2 year warranty. I also like the rubber grips on the side.
