My 4 year old loves it! It folds up and doesn't take up much space when she's not playing with it. The set includes crockery and blankets as well as many extras to complete your home. Advantages - Easy to fold. daughter loves it. Cons - the painted scenes in each room are cardboard - which my kids didn't survive. It also feels pretty flimsy - the plastic is cheap and feels like it could break easily. I bought this as a Black Friday special so I don't mind being cheap. I wouldn't want to pay full price; However.
