Don't waste your money on "high-end” audiophile speaker cables. The "engineers" who design "high-end" cables have neither physical nor technical training. For example, they sell hollow or corded cables designed to "correct" the skin effect at high frequencies. The skin effect attenuates the audio signal by 0.01 decibels at 20 kHz compared to the lowest frequency you can hear for two 5-foot lengths of this 8-gauge cable, which is placed in series with a 4-ohm planar magnetic driver is switched.
