Tracking made easy- especially over time

The best part about follow up is that it helps in tracking all of your contacts, which makes you feel more confident when making calls to them later.

It also allows me to send reminders for my sales team if they haven't contacted their clients after x amount of days, or haven’t seen any activity from those prospects since sending out an email/message etc. I would like some other features added such as being able to add notes directly into each contact so we can see what was discussed during our call with them - this could be useful particularly once our pipeline has been depleted! Great tool to use whilst working remotely too! We have had great success using this software at work due to its ability to help us track who needs chasing again, how many times someone received emails / messages from myself and whether they are interested in meeting now vs waiting until next week (when i'm back!).
