If I could put a zero star I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. After buying this product in less than a month it stopped working. At first it didn't let you change colors, then it quickly started turning on by itself and in context, and turning off randomly for about 2 hours. After unplugging this device from my player, I charged it but now it won't turn on. This is by far the worst Bluetooth player I've ever had. I want my money back but I don't know how to do it through the online option provided.
