****Update: Vivian from the company emailed me 2 days after receiving the kayak holder. She sent me an updated version of the instructions with pictures clearly labeled. Turns out I didn't miss a single detail and some of them were in the wrong place. I would like instructions to come on this but Vivian said they are working on updating this. Ever since I repaired and reattached the racks, everything works great! Thanks Vivien! This rank holder is terrible. The idea is good, but the installation failed. There is no help at all in the manual. It has 4 steps when it definitely seems like more. It doesn't sit properly on the rails at all, which is why they wobble. The hotline is a joke for the company. It also looks like 4 smaller screws are missing from the side brackets. Not sure if this will work at all. I used long screws where there should have been small ones. I wish I had bought this, especially since it was more expensive than others I've looked at.
