It's a bit pricey but I really like these things. I checked it with a moisture meter and it was around 35% in the fridge, around 60% in the cold storage box and 95% in this box. This is probably because it's closed and you have to pour water inside. Moisture keeps veggies crisp, and it definitely works. Ventilation slots prevent mold growth. It also does NOT prevent vegetables from becoming soggy when in contact with water. I only bought one because there just wasn't enough room in the fridge. The Rubbermaid models also work and are much cheaper, but they don't have 3 compartments and water droplets touch some of the veggies on the bottom. Still works so I bought two of these. They're a few inches smaller, so they're not good for a whole romaine lettuce. This one does.
