It was more than I expected and I don't know what to fault the negative reviews when they get what I got. The mount and mirror are well made and seem to last a long time. It comes with all kinds of mounting hardware and tells you what drill bits and heads you need. The instructions are written in real English, which honestly you won't need as the installation is very simple. You get exactly what is shown in the pictures and the only thing I was worried about is the swivel that holds the mirror and it is very good and can be loosened or tightened with screws. The mirror and plastic body are well constructed and lightweight, which is a good thing since you're likely to be mounting it on a vertical wall.
