build quality, especially if the target market is HVAC technicians. For the price I would have expected a more stable case. In short, the company put a great product in the cheapest plastic case available, and then stuffed it in a rubber case hoping for the best. Also, there are no "+" or "-" indicators in the battery compartment. I recommend investing in Appion or BluVac.
