I am very happy with my purchase. One review complained about the pack, but this pack had 200 sheets while most of the other options only had 100, so I decided to give SmarTake a try. It turns out that the packaging is one of the best features. The box is strong. Just don't jump in! You will need to cut a perforation in the packaging to open it as shown in the first photo, but the perforation shows where to cut. The paper stack inside is tightly wrapped with strong white paper. Partially pull out the wrapped white inner wrapper and tear off the top few inches of white paper to reveal the parchment sheets as shown in the photos. You can then simply pull them out one by one. The box fits comfortably in the drawer where I keep my rolling pin. I have baked cookies twice at 450F. The sheets fit snugly on my half sheet pallet and are easy to fold and tear in half to fit on the quarter sheet pallet. I don't think I'll be reusing the sheets I baked. Cookie, but it was a very buttery cookie. For cookies baked at 350F I should be able to reuse the sheets once.
