I have found that the paper has excellent grease-repellent properties. Withstands 425 degree heat for more than 30 minutes without burning or scorching. Not easy to fold for cutting.

They fit perfectly on my baking sheet and make cleaning easy! Plus, you no longer have to fiddle with a roll of parchment paper that keeps curling up after you've tried to cut it to size. I will buy this product again and again.

I just love this parchment paper! Easy-to-cut sheets make it much easier to use. I've ordered other precut parchments in the past and they arrived in a ziplock. They come in a sturdy cardboard box that keeps the sheets nice and flat. Good product!

After reading all the reviews I was excited for good parchment paper and decided to pay extra for this cut paper. BUT the paper burned in the oven! I used Trader Joe's frozen dough and set it to 375 degrees. I had set off a smoke alarm and worse, the bottom of the cake was on fire. I plan to try again and will return this if it happens again. UPDATE: Day 2. Tried baking crackers at 350 degrees. Burned out again in 10 minutes!
