The PurSteam steamer arrived today. I put it together and used it for several topics tonight. It worked like a charm. The steam from the PurSteam has left many creases on clothing. The device produced plenty of steam and the steamer was easy to use. I enjoyed putting my new toy to good use. If anyone is looking for a good steamer I think it's worth trying based on my limited experience with this model. But after giving due praise, I can't avoid making a negative remark. Of course, the device is made in China. This is written right on the box and on the bottom of the device itself. However, as far as I can see the ship is being handled and sold by an American company in Wyoming. This is important as instructions and other information about the steamer are included in the instruction manual which is written in English. Bad English. In addition, a sentence may be half-finished at the end of the page, but when the page is turned, there may be no trace of the rest of the unfinished sentence at the end of the previous page. The words, in turn, are either misspelled or misspelled—same result. In addition, instructions are sometimes cryptic, and statements made to instruct an assembler or operator need better illustration. Someone who knows Standard English and someone who is able to explain the mechanics of assembling this vaporizer should look at the booklet and bring it into better condition. If no one has the will to do so, then at least someone should put things in order for the benefit of the buyer. This is a great product. The instructions should be at least as good.
