Review on Ladies Waist Patent Fashion Leather Women's Accessories : Belts by Amanda Engelhardt

So I received the belt today and I have to say it was well packed. The Xs was still too big, but I got used to having to add extra holes in the straps. Also, it's 3 inches. The orange color is nice and bright, so that was good. Now I only gave 1 star because it looks incredibly cheap! You can't tell from the photo, but everything is bubbling on the tape. I've NEVER seen this before, never. For the price, I was expecting similar target quality, but this is bad, very bad. Not sure if I should return it or throw it away, it just looks so bad and worse. Unfortunately, I can't even say it costs $10. with all the bubbles.
