This mount is solid and well built. It comes fully assembled and can be mounted directly on the handlebars. The problem is that there are limited customization options. When using your phone in landscape mode, you can only adjust the viewing angle left and right, not up and down. Of course, you can adjust the handlebar mount up and down the handlebar for the optimal angle. But if you use your cell phone in portrait format like I do, you can only adjust the holder in one up and down axis. There is no left or right setting. Unfortunately, if your stems are bent and your phone is pointing almost sideways, this mount won't work for you in portrait mode. I wish I had known before buying.
