That's fine. They do their job and that's it. They are small, especially for my liking (the other pads I have are much longer and wider and long enough to accommodate a growing baby). They are small and not very wide. They also slip very easily when you put your baby on them (even with the changing pad on the changing pad). The material feels ok. It is similar to terrycloth and not as comfortable as other fabrics. They are very thin but absorbent. They dry quickly on a rope and wash well. I have never tumble dried and never do with such products for fear of spoilage.
