The clip is great! I was a bit hesitant at first because I used another "Easy Replacement" clip that wasn't secure at all and lost my dog tag at the dog park twice! I've then resigned myself to fiddling with forked keyrings to switch between collars and risk breaking my thumbnails. But it's strong enough to stay in place, yet easy enough to detach (depending on the thickness of the charm ring on your collar). The only problem was putting the split key ring on the clip the first time as the loop is quite thick. But once that's done, you'll never have to mess with it again.
