At first I was so excited to put two of these items on my desktop. Almost straight out of the box. A monitor seemed to work very well. The other one wouldn't load no matter what I tried. The biggest complaint is that this monitor is very unstable. The sundial mount makes the monitor wobble when the table is moved slightly. I would have preferred a stronger (possibly two connection points to the monitor) connection. With a VESA mount this is of course not a problem. I also found that one monitor actually sat 1/4 inch higher on the table than the other. I couldn't align the two screens so they were literally next to each other. I checked all the contact points during installation and came to the conclusion that one bracket was simply "different" than the other bracket. I just wanted to return the DOA item. However, after much controversy, I decided that I should not risk the lack of symmetry problem. Screen resolution and colors are ok. But I did notice that even at the higher resolution, the image wasn't as sharp as the image on my current lower-resolution 22-inch ACER. Anyway, I'm sure there is a better alternative. By the way, Revain's return policy works really well! Glory to AMZN!
