A ground cable for the whole gang?

I love this panel! I bought a panel with 8 switches with USB, socket, voltage meter and cigarette lighter. The instructions are a single image showing the purpose of each cable. If you are familiar with the wiring, the circuit diagram will do. The main problem I see is that all 12 ground terminals are connected with a jumper wire ending in a wire terminal, while the positive wires have four connection points each with a 15 amp fuse. If the panel is to be connected without changing the ground connections, I think you're going to smoke out at least one ground wire and, at most, start a fire. The ground wire looks like 16 gauge wire; it cannot handle up to 60 amps (four 15 amp fuses) going through it. it will burn I solved this by removing the jumpered ground wires and splitting the ground into multiple connections from the panel. I also insulated the outlet and cigarette lighter because they draw more current than the rest of the panel under heavy use. I also switched to heavier gauge 12/14 gauge wire for grounding and insulated outlets and wired them through my boat's fuse panel rather than using the built in fuse. Using the fuse panel on my boat makes it much easier to find and replace blown fuses. Overall I am happy with this panel. I just hope others understand that passing too much current without changing the wiring first can pose a fire hazard. Hope that helps.
